Persons shall conduct or permit to be conducted construction
activities only between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. weekdays;
and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturdays.
No construction activities shall be permitted on Sundays or
any of the following holidays:
