The Village hereby adopts the following chapters from the Wisconsin
Administrative Code, Department of Safety and Professional Services.
These regulations are adopted by reference and incorporated into the
Village Fire Prevention Code with the same force and effect as if
fully set forth herein. Any future amendments, modifications, revisions,
renumbering, recodification, additions or deletions of the codes so
adopted shall be incorporated herein and made a part of this chapter.

The Village hereby adopts the following codes of the National
Fire Protection Association or NFPA. These regulations are hereby
adopted by reference and incorporated into the Village Fire Prevention
Code with the same force and effect as if fully set forth herein.
Any future amendments, modifications, revisions, renumbering, recodification,
additions or deletions of the codes so adopted shall be incorporated
herein and made a part of this Chapter.
Any violation of these provisions constitutes a violation of
this chapter.

Whenever regulations in this chapter or the codes adopted herein
are in conflict with each other or more or less restrictive than other
regulations or restrictions imposed by other provisions of the statutes
or other ordinances, the regulations which are more restrictive or
impose a higher standard or requirement shall govern.
