[Adopted 6-27-1994 (Sec. 12.096 of the 1967 Code); amended 12-11-2017]
No person shall swim or wade from any Village-owned property,
such as, but not limited to, the area west of the Rothschild Pavilion
and the St. Therese Boat Landing, located at the west end of Kort
Street, except in designated swimming areas and except for the express
purpose of launching or landing a boat at a designated boat landing.
No person shall swim or wade within 50 feet of a private boat ramp
except for the express purpose of launching or landing a boat.
Any person violating this Article shall be subject to § 1-2 of this Code.
