[Adopted 7-28-1997 (Sec. 12.097 of the 1967 Code)]
The Chief of Police is authorized to establish hours during
which Village parks shall be closed to the public. Said hours shall
be posted in at least one place in the park. The Public Works Department
shall cooperate with erecting and posting the sign(s). No person shall
be within a Village park during the time said park is closed to the
public.

Any person violating this Article shall be subject to § 1-2 of this Code.
