In Business B-2 Districts, only the following structures and uses shall be permitted:
A. 
All structures and uses permitted in Business B-1 Districts.
B. 
Automobile sales, permitting used car sales facilities only if they are on the same lot and accessory to new automobile sales as the principal and regular business.[1]

C. 
Kennels, pet shops and veterinary establishments.
In Business B-2 Districts, all structures and uses shall be subject to the following regulations:
A. 
Required lot area. Lot area and minimum lot width requirements shall be the same as for Business B-1 Districts.
B. 
Percentage of lot coverage. Lot coverage requirements shall be the same as for Business B-1 Districts, except that all commercial buildings permitted shall not cover more than 75% of the area of the lot.
C. 
Front yards. There shall be no front yards required.
D. 
Side and rear yard requirements shall be the same as for Business B-1 Districts.
E. 
Height requirements shall be the same as for Business B-1 Districts.
F. 
Private garages and accessory buildings. Private garages and accessory building requirements shall be the same as for Business B-1 Districts.
G. 
Semifireproof construction. Semifireproof construction requirements shall be the same as for Business B-1 Districts.[1]
