It shall not be lawful for the owner or owners of any building in the City of Warren fronting on or along any street or public alley in said City to permit or allow snow, ice or icicles to accumulate on the roofs, eaves or other parts of such building whereby the same may become or be dangerous to persons traveling along or upon the public walks of said City.
Any person or persons violating this article shall be, upon conviction, sentenced to a fine of not more than $600 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days.
