There is hereby created the position of Code Enforcement Officer with the Borough of Lindenwold, which office shall be by appointment of the Mayor with confirmation of the Council.
The Code Enforcement Officer shall be an employee of the Borough of Lindenwold and shall divide his time as required in performing the necessary functions of that office.
The duties of the Code Enforcement Officer shall be as follows:
A. 
To perform all inspections and enforcement duties provided for in the General Property Maintenance Code in the Borough of Lindenwold as amended.[1]
