Hereafter, it shall be unlawful for any person or owner to sell,
agree to sell, transfer or otherwise convey, by deed, agreement, or
other instrument, any lot or parcel of ground situated within the
Borough limits, and which lot or parcel is part of a land subdivision
within the definition or this chapter, nor shall a lot or parcel of
ground be subdivided in any other form, or be excavated or structures
erected thereon pursuant to a subdivision plan, nor shall any permit
to erect, alter or repair any building be issued, unless and until
that subdivision has been approved by the Planning Commission of the
Borough in accordance with the requirements of this chapter.
This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Land Subdivision
Regulations of the Borough."
