A.
The Eagleswood Township Municipal Utility Department (MUD) wishes
to enter into a contract with the Stafford Township Municipal Utilities
Authority (MUA) to allow the MUD to connect to the existing sewer
lines along Cedar Run Dock Road owned and maintained by the MUA. It
is the desire of the Mayor and Township Committee of the Township
of Eagleswood to authorize the execution of a contract with the Stafford
Township Municipal Utilities Authority to connect to the sewer lines
along Cedar Run Dock Road.
B.
The agreement between Eagleswood Township Municipal Utility Department
and the Stafford Township Municipal Utilities Authority, a copy of
which is attached hereto, shall be executed by the Mayor and Municipal
Clerk in accordance with the provisions of law.[1]
