The following fees shall be continued and imposed as follows:
A. 
In Circuit civil cases, a fee of $25 shall be added to the filing fee.
B. 
In Circuit criminal cases, a cost of $25 shall be added to the court costs that the defendant is required to pay.
C. 
In civil cases that are appealed from Circuit Court to the Court of Appeals, a fee of $25 shall be added to the filing fee.
D. 
In all traffic offenses, a fee of $10 shall be added to the court costs for each traffic offense.
E. 
In probate cases, a fee of $10 shall be added to each filing fee.
F. 
In misdemeanor cases, a cost of $20 shall be added to the court costs.
G. 
In small claims cases, a fee of $10 shall be added to all filing fees.
H. 
In District civil cases, a fee of $10 shall be added to all filing fees.
I. 
In addition to the fee normally charged for the service of a subpoena, the person requesting service shall be charged a fee of $10.
J. 
In addition to the fee normally charged for the service of a civil summons, the person shall be charged a fee of $10.
