This Article applies to the "R-3" Multi-Family District.

A. 
In the "R-3" District no building or land shall be used and no building shall be erected or structurally altered except for one (1) or more of the following uses:
1. 
Any use permitted in the "R-1" District.
2. 
Multi-family dwellings.
3. 
Accessory buildings or uses.

Any residence located in the "R-3" Multi-Family District Zone within a subdivision approved after July 2, 2020, shall provide adequate off-street parking for all inhabitants of the residence.
