A person commits the offense of trespass of a school bus if
he/she knowingly and unlawfully enters any part of or unlawfully operates
any school bus.
A person commits the offense of reckless burning or exploding
when he/she knowingly starts a fire or causes an explosion and thereby
recklessly damages or destroys a building or an inhabitable structure
of another.
A person commits the offense of negligent burning or exploding
when he/she with criminal negligence causes damage to property of
another by fire or explosion.

No person shall commit any act of vandalism by intentionally
defacing, marring, discoloring or damaging any property of others,
whether public or private, real or personal, within the City of Sullivan,
Missouri.

A. It
shall be unlawful for any person to drive a motor vehicle so as to
cause it to leave the premises of an establishment at which motor
fuel offered for retail sale was dispensed into the fuel tank of such
motor vehicle unless payment or authorized charge for motor fuel dispensed
has been made. A person found guilty or pleading guilty to stealing
pursuant to the Municipal Code of the City of Sullivan, for the theft
of motor fuel as described in this Section shall be guilty of an offense
under the Municipal Code and shall:
1. Pay a fine of at least one dollar ($1.00) but not more than five
hundred dollars ($500.00); or
2. Shall be sentenced to a term of not more than ninety (90) days in
the custody of the Chief of Police of the City of Sullivan; or
3. Have his/her driver's license suspended by the court, beginning on
the date of the court's order of conviction as provided hereafter,
or all three (3).
B. The
person shall submit all of his/her operator's and chauffeur's licenses
to the court upon conviction and the court shall forward all such
driver's licenses and the order of suspension of driving privileges
to the Missouri Department of Revenue for administration of such order.
C. Suspension
of a driver's license pursuant to this Section shall be made as follows:
1. For the first offense, suspension shall be for sixty (60) days, provided
that persons may apply for hardship licenses pursuant to Section 302.309,
RSMo., at any time following the first thirty (30) days of such suspension.
2. For the second offense, suspension shall be for ninety (90) days,
provided that persons may apply for hardship licenses pursuant to
Section 302.309, RSMo., at any time following the first sixty (60)
days of such suspension.
3. For the third offense, suspension shall be for one hundred eighty
(180) days, provided that persons may apply for hardship licenses
pursuant to Section 302.309, RSMo., at any time following the first
ninety (90) days of such suspension.
D. At
the expiration of the suspension period, and upon payment of a reinstatement
fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00), the director shall terminate
the suspension and shall return the person's driver's license. The
reinstatement fee shall be in addition to any other fees required
by law, and shall be deposited in the State Treasury to the credit
of the State Highway Department Fund, pursuant to Section 302.228,
RSMo.

Without the express written consent of the Water Commissioner
of the City of Sullivan, Missouri, no person shall operate, use, damage,
injure, remove or tamper with any fireplugs or fire hydrants located
within the corporate limits of the City.

It shall be unlawful for any person in this City to attach,
fasten, place or tack any card, picture poster, handbill sign or other
thing on any telephone, telegraph or electric light pole or other
poles or on any tree standing or being on any street, alley or other
public highway within the corporate limits of the City of Sullivan,
Missouri.
