A. 
The twenty-foot-wide street leading from the intersection of Commonwealth Boulevard and Upland Avenue to New Holland Road is hereby made a dead-end or non-through street with passage in and along the same permitted only from points south of the northerly curbline of the ten-foot-wide alley, approximately 110 feet north of and concentric to Upland Avenue, as extended across said twenty-foot-wide street to said northerly curbline of said ten-foot-wide alley as extended and from points north of the northerly curbline of said ten-foot-wide alley as extended to said northerly curbline of said ten-foot-wide alley as extended.
B. 
Fern Avenue, a sixty-foot-wide street leading from the intersection of Funston Avenue to the Western Borough Line, is hereby made a dead-end or non-through street with passage in and along the same permitted only to the Western Borough Line for residential motor vehicles and trucks for local residential deliveries.

A. 
The Borough Police are hereby authorized to erect barriers along the northern curbline of said ten-foot-wide alley as extended across said twenty-foot-wide street and are directed to erect proper warning signs to warn the traveling public that said street is a dead-end or non-through street and to mark said barriers with proper safety reflectors.
B. 
The Borough Police are hereby authorized to erect barriers extended across said Fern Avenue at its terminus at the western Borough line and are directed to erect proper warning signs to warn the traveling public that said street is a dead-end or non-through street and to mark said barriers with proper safety reflectors.
No person shall drive an automobile or other vehicle in a northerly direction on said twenty-foot-wide street from any point of the northern curbline of said ten-foot-wide alley as extended across said twenty-foot-wide street to a point north of said northern curbline of said ten-foot alley as extended.
No person shall drive an automobile or other vehicle in a southerly direction on said twenty-foot-wide street from any point north of the northern curbline of said ten-foot-wide alley as extended across said twenty-foot-wide street to a point south of said northern curbline of said ten-foot-wide alley as extended.[1]
