A.
No person shall keep, harbor, own or in
any way possess within the City limits of the City of Park Hills,
Missouri, any lion, tiger, leopard, ocelot, jaguar, jaguarundi, cheetah,
margay, mountain lion, Canada lynx, bobcat, panther, bear, hyena,
wolf, coyote, fox, wild cat, wolf hybrid, non-human primate or any
deadly, dangerous or poisonous reptile. The provisions of this Section
shall not apply to:
