A.
Definitions. The term "municipal parking
lots" shall refer to all parking lots owned by the City of Park Hills
and used for the purpose of parking vehicles and shall not include
the City Parks or Sports Complex where vehicles may be parked.
B.
Closing Of Municipal Parking Lots. All
municipal parking lots shall be closed to vehicle and pedestrian parking
and traffic from 11:30 P.M. until 5:00 A.M. No person shall stand,
walk or be present in the said parking lots between those hours and
if one shall be found to be present during said hours, then that person
shall be deemed guilty of trespassing under this Schedule. If a person
who commutes to work or works at a place of business in the City uses
the lot to park his or her car which is parked in said lot between
the hours of 11:30 P.M. until 5:00 A.M., and that person is at work
or going to work, then such people shall notify the Police Chief of
the City of Park Hills requesting to be issued a permit to park their
vehicle on the lot during the hours the lot is closed.
C.
Penalty. Any person who shall be convicted
of violating any portion of this Schedule shall be fined not less
than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars
($500.00) or imprisonment in the City Jail for a period not exceeding
ninety (90) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
