The position of Chief Financial Officer be and is hereby created,
and the employment of a person to fill said position be and is hereby
authorized to be appointed under Section 5 of P.L. 1988, c. 110,[1] to carry out the responsibilities set forth under P.L.
1947, c. 151 (N.J.S.A. 52:27BB-26 et seq.), by this article, and further
reference can be found in N.J.S.A. 40A:9-140.1 et seq., as amended.
