Editor's Note: This chapter was originally adopted as
Ch. 18, but was redesignated to fit the alphabetical organization
of the Code.
New or used car dealers are authorized to sell, barter, deliver,
give away, show, or offer for sale a motor vehicle or certificate
of title for a motor vehicle on Sunday.
This chapter shall become effective on October 1, 2014, concurrently
with the provisions of Chapter 395, Laws of Maryland, 2014.
