[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Council of the Town of Belvidere

As used in this article, all terms defined by N.J.A.C. 13:47-1.1,
now in effect and as hereafter amended, shall apply.
Qualified organizations may conduct legalized games of chance
for authorized purposes after obtaining a license from the Town of
Belvidere in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:47-1.1 et seq.
Raffles are permitted by qualified organizations for authorized
purposes on any Sunday between the hours of 12:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.,
subject to obtaining approval of Town Council and an appropriate license
from the Town of Belvidere in accordance with the requirements of
N.J.A.C. 13:47-1.1 et seq.
Any organization which shall violate the provisions of this
article shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more
than $500.

Games of chance applications are approved for play to include
Sundays.
