Violation of any provision of this Chapter shall be punished
by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned
in jail for not more than three (3) months, or both such fine and
imprisonment. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each
day during or on which a person violates this Chapter.

No officer, agent, board, commission or employee of the City
shall render himself/herself personally liable for any damage that
may accrue to persons or property as a result of any act required
or permitted in the discharge of his/her duties under this Chapter.
Any suit brought against any officer, agent, board, commission or
employee of the City as a result of any act required or permitted
in the discharge of his/her duties under this Chapter shall be defended
by the City Attorney until final determination of the proceedings
therein.
