A.
In accordance with the 2009 International Fire Code adopted by the
Borough, all commercial buildings and buildings with three or more
rental units shall be inspected on a biannual basis by the Fire Marshal
who shall issue a firesafety permit, which permit shall be posted
in a conspicuous location.
B.
Firesafety inspection permits shall be issued only after the Fire
Marshal or his/her designee has inspected the premises and found the
premises to be free from any Fire Code violations.
C.
The fee to be charged for the biannual inspection and permit shall
be set as determined from time to time by Borough resolution.
