A.
The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute all documents necessary
to file with the Missouri Secretary of State to organize and create
a not-for-profit corporation for the purpose of aiding and promoting
economic development in the City. The name of the corporation shall
be the "Portageville Community Development Corporation."
B.
The initial Board of Directors of the corporation shall consist of
the members of the City of Portageville Board of Aldermen and the
Mayor of the City of Portageville.
