Two parking spaces directly in front of the property located
at 17-23 Columbus Avenue, Garfield, on the north side of the street,
are hereby designated as "No Parking Loading Zones, Monday - Friday
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m."
Any person who violates any provision of this article shall,
upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not exceeding $150.
A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day the vehicle
remains parked in violation of this article.
Enforcement of this article and further rules and regulations
as may be promulgated from time to time shall be under the jurisdiction
of either the Police Department of the City of Garfield and/or the
Chief of Police of the City of Garfield, or the City Manager of the
City of Garfield, or their designees.
