There shall be no parking on Township roads or streets or rights-of-way during any periods of time declared to be a snow emergency.[1]

Notification to Blair Township residents of a snow emergency shall be made by radio, television, newspaper or other media as deemed appropriate by the designated Township official(s). Personal notice shall be given to any Blair Township individual who has parked his vehicle on a Township road, street or right-of-way and if that be the case, the individual shall remove the vehicle at the request of any appropriate official within two hours of said request.

Any vehicle on a public road or street or right-of-way of the Township shall be removed within two hours after the declaration of the snow emergency. The Township of Blair, through its authorized agents or employees, upon failure of any person to remove their vehicle from the Township street, road or right-of-way within the prescribed time, then said agents or employees of the Township of Blair may remove the vehicle, and place it in storage at the expense of the owner.[1]
