Under the powers and authority granted to the Township Committee
by N.J.A.C. 5:71-2.3 et seq., the Township Committee is authorized
to enter into and execute a shared services agreement with Washington
Township, Morris County, for fire prevention services. The salaries
of the fire prevention staff and the other costs of operating the
department shall be allocated as provided for in such agreement(s).
