There is established a Municipal Court for the Borough of Monmouth
Beach.
[Ord. No. 8-30-66 § 1]
The Court Administrator shall receive an annual salary as dated
in the Salary Ordinance. The salary shall be in lieu of all fees,
costs or other allowances whatsoever. The Court Administrator shall
perform such functions and duties as shall be prescribed by law, the
rules applicable to Municipal Courts and by the Judge of the Municipal
Court.
