The Building Code Official shall be required to obtain all information and issue all requisite approvals for partial demolition, as an integral element in the process, methods and time schedule related to the requirements of Section 3303 of the International Building Code, and the property owner shall remain obligated and liable for all elements of the building demolition to the full extent as provided thereunder.
No fire, police and emergency entities shall participate in any training evolutions on any property without obtaining a Township-approved demolition permit for such property, indicating, in part, that all demolitions shall be completed within 10 days after the completion of the subject training evolution; the consent of the property owners permitting Township employees or agents to complete any demolition not completed by the date indicated; and the obligation of the subject property owners to reimburse any costs or expenses incurred by the Township to comply with all other provisions as are set forth in the subject permit.
