It shall be unlawful for any person to use, ride, propel or otherwise
operate or engage in skateboarding or rollerblading at any time on
any public street, alley or sidewalk in the Borough of Red Lion.

A "skateboard" is defined as a device propelled by the rider consisting
of material or a portion of material approximately two feet long with
wheels attached to the underside which is commonly ridden on and propelled
by an individual in a standing or crouching position.

A "rollerblade" is defined as a device which is attached to an individual's
feet which has wheels attached in a column along the underside which
is propelled by the individual and which is intended primarily for
skating on concrete, macadam or hard floors.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this Part shall,
upon conviction before a District Justice, be sentenced to pay a fine
of not more than $600, plus costs, and, in default of said fine and
costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days.
