No person, firm or corporation shall attract or attempt to attract
free roaming cats by means of feeding or the placing of quantities
of water, feed, or any other food or fluids generally known to attract
cats, nor shall anyone maintain any condition whereby the leaving
of such food or fluids has the effect of attracting free roaming cats
to feed upon such food in such condition.
No person, firm or corporation shall build or maintain a shelter
for the keeping of free roaming cats within the Borough of Maywood.
Any person, persons, firm or corporation violating any of the
provisions of this article shall be subject to a fine not exceeding
$1,000 or imprisonment for a period not exceeding 90 days, or both.
Each and every day that a violation shall be found to exist shall
constitute a separate violation of this article.
