[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Meeting of the Town of Suffield 5-27-1965 (Ch. 9, Art. III, of the 1987
Code); amended in its entirety 12-19-2019. Subsequent amendments noted where applicable.]
The Town of Suffield hereby adopts Connecticut General Statutes
§§ 47A-50 through 47A-56 and § 19A-109 as
its Housing Code. Unless specifically having to do with situations
involving imminent harm to the public, the Town delegates all routine
enforcement of said code to the North Central Health District.
