The Roselle Fire Department may provide emergency ambulance service for members of the general public subject to the availability of qualifying personnel to drive and man the ambulance as per regulation of the New Jersey Department of Health.

A. 
The base fee of $800 per call is to be charged to all persons receiving emergency ambulance services.
B. 
In addition to the base fee hereinbefore set forth, there shall also be a charge of $11 per mile.
Under certain extenuating circumstances in the sole discretion of the transporter, the ambulance may respond to a hospital other than those hereinbefore set forth.
