The Roselle Fire Department may provide emergency ambulance
service for members of the general public subject to the availability
of qualifying personnel to drive and man the ambulance as per regulation
of the New Jersey Department of Health.

Under certain extenuating circumstances in the sole discretion
of the transporter, the ambulance may respond to a hospital other
than those hereinbefore set forth.
