Current state bidding and quotation threshold amounts shall
be followed by the Borough of Merchantville Purchasing Office.
The amounts so referenced in Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A.
40A:11-1 et seq. shall be amended pursuant to any amendment of N.J.S.A.
40A:11-1 et seq., which would increase or decrease the bid threshold
and/or the quote threshold.
