The City of Hoboken does hereby adopt the Stormwater Management
Plan prepared by the City of Hoboken Division of Engineering entitled
"2019 Municipal Stormwater Management Plan Update, which is on file
with the City Clerk. This chapter adopts by reference the above-mentioned
Stormwater Management Plan pursuant to and in accordance with N.J.S.A.
40:69A-181.
This chapter shall take effect immediately upon the approval
by the county review agency, or 60 days from the receipt of the chapter
by the county review agency if the county review agency should fail
to act.
