Fees for the use and occupancy of John and Kathy Howard Park at Wenonah Lake and related appurtenances shall be as follows:
A. 
Swimming program memberships:
(1) 
Residents: $45 for the first family member; $15 for each additional household member.
(2) 
Nonresidents: $125 for first family member; $20 for each additional household member.
(3)

Book of guest passes: 10 for $50 (only members may purchase).
(5)

(6) 
Nonmember day pass: $20 per person over the age of 13; $10 per child two to 12 years old; no fee for children under the age of two.
B. 
Pavilion rentals:
(1) 
Residents: $25, plus a $50 damage deposit[1] (separate checks).

Nonresidents: $50, plus $100 damage deposit (separate checks). Includes corporate/group rentals.
(3) 
On days when summer swimming program is open, rentals may be only in four-hour increments designated by the Borough. Swimming program nonmember party rentals require an $8 per person fee for those without membership tags. Swimming program member and Borough resident party rentals require a $5 per person fee for those without membership tags.
This article shall take effect immediately upon final passage and publication in accordance with law.

The public grounds adjacent to Wenonah (Warner) Lake are now known as the "John and Kathy Howard Park at Wenonah Lake."
