A.
The speed limits for both directions of traffic along the streets
or parts thereof described below and made a part of this article are
hereby established at the rate of speed indicated.
B.
Regulatory and warning signs shall be erected and maintained pursuant
to the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) to effectuate
the below-listed speed limits.
