This chapter shall be enforced by the Bureau of Buildings and
the New Rochelle Police Department. Copies of all offenses against
the provisions of this chapter shall be made available to the Bureau
of Buildings. An offense against the provisions of this chapter shall
be punishable by a fine of not more than $250 or by imprisonment for
not more than 15 days, or both.
