Pursuant to the authority granted by the New Mexico Cannabis
Regulation Act,[1] a cannabis establishment or integrated cannabis microbusiness,
as defined by the Act, shall not be located less than 300 feet from
a school or day-care center that was in existence at the time the
establishment or microbusiness was licensed.

This article shall apply to any cannabis establishment or integrated
cannabis microbusiness existing within the municipal boundaries of
the City of Socorro.
In the event any part or provision of this article shall be
held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and
enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be
affected or impaired.
