A. 
As Contained In Section 8 Regulations. Any and all accessory structures located on the premises, including attached and detached garages, sheds, and other subordinate structures shall be structurally sound so as not to pose any threat to the health and safety of the occupants and maintained so that the appearance thereof shall reflect a level of maintenance insuring that the property itself may be preserved safely, and that hazards to the public health, safety and welfare are avoided.
B. 
Exterior Structural Condition.
1. 
Every foundation shall adequately support the building at all points, be maintained in a workmanlike state of maintenance and repair. In the case of pre-assembled structures not built on-site utilizing a sled-type delivery base, the structures must be anchored per the International Building Code.
2. 
The roof structure (where applicable) shall be firm and weather-tight.
3. 
The exterior wall structure and wall surface shall not have any serious defects such as buckling, serious leaning, sagging, cracks or holes, loose siding, or other serious damage. Painting will be required where paint is peeling, or sluffing and wood is exposed.
4. 
All fences, retaining walls or similar structures shall be firmly anchored in the ground and maintained in good structural repair, free from missing panels or slats.
5. 
No person shall erect or maintain any division fence or screen, in whole or in part, of cloth, canvas, shipping pallets or other like material. No light gage wire, such as poultry wire, rabbit wire, barbed wire, razor wire, concertina wire along with bamboo, or other flimsy material or any electrically charged fence shall be erected, permitted or maintained, in a residential district. No fence shall be erected, permitted or maintained which has sharp ends or sharp pointed pickets or is otherwise dangerous to life and limb. Authorized fencing in residential in a residential district include chain link, prefabricated wood or vinyl panel, split rail, picket, or board on board fences.
C. 
Interior Structure Condition.
1. 
Accessory structure(s) must be free of severe bulging, leaning, large holes, loose surface material, noticeable movement under walking stress, severe buckling, missing parts or other serious damage in ceiling, walls or floors.
2. 
Floors (where applicable) should be capable of supporting normal loads.
3. 
Garage doors, where present as part of the structure design, must be able to fully close and shall not have any missing panels or broken glass.
4. 
Electricity, plumbing and HVAC systems, where installed, will meet all requirements of the adopted codes per Article I of Chapter 500.
