[HISTORY: Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Hudson 8-26-1965 by L.L. No. 2-1965 (Ch. 16 of the 1973 Code). Amendments noted where applicable.]
In the event the County of Columbia establishes a County Mental Health Board pursuant to Article 41 of the Mental Hygiene Law, the City of Hudson does hereby elect to participate and be included therein.[2]

Editor's Note: The Columbia County Board of Supervisors enacted L.L. No. 2-1965 on 9-8-1965, which local law established within the County of Columbia a County Mental Health Board to cover the entire area of said county, pursuant to Article 41 of the Mental Hygiene Law of the State of New York.
This chapter shall take effect immediately upon the adoption of a local law by the County of Columbia to the foregoing effect.
