[HISTORY: Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Hudson at
time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I). Amendments
noted where applicable.]
All actions of the City of Hudson and its agencies shall be carried
out in conformity with the State Environmental Quality Review Act as defined
in Article 8 of the Environmental Conservation Law and Part 617 of Title 6,
New York Code, Rules and Regulations. All City agencies and officials shall
follow the requirements of this provision in carrying out their duties.
