It shall be unlawful for the owner or occupant of any motor vehicle
to allow or operate a radio, sound amplifier or similar device which produces,
reproduces or amplifies sound such that the sound coming from said device
is heard at a point 50 feet from such motor vehicle.
Any person who shall violate any provision of this article shall be
guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine
of not more than $100 or by imprisonment not exceeding 15 days, or both such
fine and imprisonment.
