This article is adopted pursuant to the authority
of Real Property Tax Law § 469. All definitions, terms and
conditions of such statute shall apply to this article.
The exemption authorized by said § 469
is hereby adopted and granted by the Town of New Hartford in accordance
with the terms of New York State Real Property Tax Law § 469.
