Approval of plans and applications — See Ch. 63.
This chapter shall be applicable to any application for a permit or approval from any board or official of the Village of North Hills, including any application for a building or alteration permit, subdivision or site plan approval or waiver of the same or variance from any applicable law, ordinance or regulation of the Village pertaining to real property in the Village or activities to be conducted thereon.
No application to which this chapter is applicable shall be accepted, processed, considered or acted upon by any official or board of the Village of North Hills unless all property taxes and other assessments, liens or charges previously levied by the Village of North Hills upon the property which is affected by or the subject of the said application, together with any interest and penalties thereon, have been paid to the Treasurer of the Village of North Hills.
Where the provisions of this chapter, or the application there of, result in undue hardship or inequity, the Board of Trustees may waive the provisions of this chapter upon written application describing the nature of such hardship or inequity. In granting any such waiver, the Board of Trustees may impose reasonable conditions.
