The Records Retention and Disposition Schedule CO-1, issued pursuant to § 65-b of the Public Officers Law, and containing legal minimum retention periods for county government records, is hereby adopted for use by all county officers in disposing of county government records listed therein.
The Clerk of the Putnam County Legislature shall furnish a certified copy of this article to the State Archives, New York State Education Department.
