A. 
The Council shall annually establish, by resolution, a field usage fee for use of Borough fields based on the number of participants per season per sport.
B. 
The Council shall annually establish, by resolution, membership fees for the Chatham Borough tennis court and/or the Chatham Borough municipal pool.
C. 
The Council may set a usage fee schedule for use of camps, parks, picnic areas, and other Borough facilities from time to time by resolution.
D. 
All fees established pursuant to this section shall be collected by the Director of Recreation or his/her designee.
Registration rules and fees and charges required to be paid by landscapers for the Borough of Chatham Mulch Area of the Department of Public Works shall be established and designated by Council by resolution.

There will be a fee due and payable to the Borough of Chatham upon submission of the banner application to the Borough Clerk's office. Fees and charges required to be paid to cover the cost of the installation and removal of a Route 124 Main Street Banner shall be established and designated by Council by resolution.
