The purpose of this article is to formally adopt the revised Rules and
Regulations Governing the Use of County Parks adopted by the Middlesex County
Board of Chosen Freeholders on August 19,1999, so that such rules may be enforced
by the Township of Old Bridge on all county lands within the Township.
The Township Council of the Township of Old Bridge hereby formally adopts
the Rules and Regulations governing the Use of County Parks as adopted by
the Middlesex County Board of Chosen Freeholders by Resolution No. 99-1441
dated August 19, 1999, with respect to any and all county lands within the
Township of Old Bridge. Ten copies of the Rules and Regulations Governing
the Use of County Parks shall be filed with the Township Clerk and the Township
of Old Bridge Police Department in accordance with the filing requirements
of N.J.S.A. 40:69A-181.
