Pursuant to authority granted by § 91 of the General Municipal Law (Chapter 271, Laws of 1957), there is hereby offered and appropriated the sum of $1,000, which may be used to pay such person or persons furnishing information which shall lead to the detection, arrest and conviction of a person or persons guilty of violation of Article 145 of the Penal Law of the State of New York, as the Board of Trustees may determine.
The decision of the Board of Trustees shall be final as to the payment of any such reward, if any, and the manner in which and the persons to whom such reward shall be payable.
