A. 
No person shall deface, mar, destroy or remove any signs giving street directions or injure any public building or willfully cut or injure, in any manner, any fire hose or apparatus or, without limitation by reason of the foregoing enumeration, willfully injure any village property.
B. 
Public urination. It shall be unlawful for any person to urinate or defecate in any park, street, alley, sidewalk, parking lot, or any other public land, or on any private property of another, without the permission of said owner, and in the event such permission is granted, urinating may not be done on private property in view of the public.

Any person, copartner, association or corporation who shall, himself or by his or its clerk, agent or employee, violate any provision of this article and any such clerk, agent or employee who shall violate any provision of this article shall be liable to a fine as set forth in Chapter 1, Article II, General Penalty, and each day on which such violations continue shall constitute a separate offense.
