These regulations are prepared to further the purposes set forth in
Chapter XIII of Special Act No. 562 adopted by the General Assembly of the
State of Connecticut, January Session 1956, as amended, and for the promotion
of greater efficiency and economy, the coordinated development of the Town
of West Hartford and the general welfare and prosperity of its people.
Land subdivision regulations in the Town of West Hartford were first
made effective on July 10, 1956. The following regulations are the amended
land subdivision regulations of the Town of West Hartford, adopted September
9, 1974, and effective September 17, 1974.
