Editor’s Note: This article also repealed former Art.
V, Planning Department, adopted 11-18-1996 FYTM, Art. 22.
There shall be established a Planning Department
consisting of a Town Planner and an Assistant Town Planner. The Planning
Department shall be charged with responsibility for the management
of the planning functions of the Town as defined by the Select Board
with input from the various Town boards, committees, commissions and
Town officials. The Planning Department shall work under the administrative
and management direction of the Town Administrator. The Planning Department
shall also perform such functions and responsibilities as required
by bylaw, special act, general laws or vote of the Town.
