Hereafter all printing caused to be done by any department of the City
government, except that which may be printed from an engraved plate, shall
bear the union label of the Allied Printing Trades Council of the City of
Albany, and the Clerk of the Common Council be and he is hereby directed to
forward a copy of this article to the person or persons of each department
ordering such printing.
